Its blue appearance and thickened backing structure indicate excellent tear resistance and heat dissipation, making it suitable for rough grinding, deburring, and wire drawing of hard materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, castings, and welds.

1. High-wear-resistant zirconia abrasive, strong and durable cutting force: Utilizing imported zirconia-corundum composite abrasive, the particles are sharp and extremely tough. Compared to ordinary alumina belts, cutting efficiency is increased by more than 30%, and it is less prone to dulling. Thickened resin backing, tear-resistant and high-temperature resistant: Made with high-strength polyester fiber cloth, resin impregnated and cured, it possesses excellent tensile and tear resistance, making it less prone to breakage even under high-speed grinding. Simultaneously, its excellent high-temperature resistance effectively prevents belt deformation or abrasive shedding caused by frictional heat.
