Concrete Floor Grinding & Polishing Overview	These high-efficiency tools are ideal for fast polishing of concrete or terrazzo floor surfaces after coarse grinding with metal pads. The complete polishing process consists of 7 steps using grits 50#, 100#, 200#, 400#, 800#, 1500# and 3000# sequentially.
Step 1: Coarse Metal Grinding	For coarse grinding of concrete floors, start with metal diamond pads of grits such as 6#/16# or 25#/30#.
Step 2: Resin Polishing Pads Polishing	This is the final step to achieve a glossy floor surface. Grits 50# or 100# can effectively remove scratches left by metal pads; polishing can be started with 200# to create a shiny finish, and the specific grit selection depends on the actual condition of the floor.

Steps

Gradual Polishing Start with 50/100-grit pads to remove deep scratches, then use 3000-grit pads for final polishing.
Backing Pad Usage Attach the polishing pad to a backing pad first, then mount the assembly to the polisher.
Operation Technique Do not exceed 4,000–4,500 RPM. Use slow, overlapping motions to avoid pad jamming.
Surface Cleaning Thoroughly clean the work surface after changing grit pads to remove residual abrasive particles.
